Our Story
The founders Kumar Biharilal Rajani & Sachin Shriniwas Shenolikar worked together as a team for two decades for one of the finest developer in the country , designing and building luxury homes at the best of locations offering sea & garden views . The dream homes were like palaces in the sky.
In the back of our minds there always was a desire to start our own practice . So in 2018 we got together and formed a partnership firm ACES Real Estate - PROJECTS : PLANNING and EXECUTION an Architecture & Project coordination firm for redevelopment of properties. Our team is the second generation in the construction industry , taking the family legacy forward.
